Chapter III: Outline of Hierarchies and Leaderships

The governing body of a said culture is often considered the leader, or the top aspect of the kingdom's heirarchy. Hierarchy also goes into the deeper aspects, such as the officials, jobs and levels of privileges given to individuals in a culture.

Potential Governmental Systems


Tribal: Tribal leadership is often given to elders of the tribes, or to shaman's, priestess or any other form of higher ability. Usually the one with the highest mental and physical abilities would be considered the leaders of tribes.
In the ancient days it was often decided through combat, or some form of contest. In later tribes it was decided by a trial given to a certain individual, inwhich case if he passed he would be considered the leader, or head shaman of the village.

Monarchy: Monarchies are owned by one person, often guided by a group of wizard's, shamans or priests. Monarchies are sustained by the offspring of the first leader, continuing often until the death of the bloodline or removal of their services from the citizens.

Theocracy: A theocracy is a governmental system, considered to be owned by the god's their self, either under the direction of a priest, shaman or other highly spiritual being. Considered often to be separate from government. Often causing war and disagreements with other, more political civilizations.

Republic: A republic is a type of government which is ruled by a group of states or cultures, under the word of an elected ruler. Either elected by the body themself, or the group of high-classed beings(often the rulers of subcultures(states)).

Feudalism: Feudalism is described by three major aspects, the lord, the inhabitants and the land. The lord, who owns the land, allows the inhabitants to own aspects of the land. This is the design of modern expansion of profit, expansion and interest.

Anarchism: This is a governmental system that beliefs all others have flaws and wished to eliminate any form of "lawful" structure, allowing for chaos, disorder and destruction, This form of government can be dictated by many things, including an individual or the whole society itself.

Democracy: Democracy is the form of government which the citizens have equal law to elect the ruler bodies of the land. It can be formed in many ways, from electing one officer, to electing all officers into positions of power.

Socialism These are the forms of governments, which try to give freedoms to every citizen, viewing them all as complete equals, similar to a democracy, but with more freedoms and potential for an individual to expand and become anything they wish.
